One day I would love to ride on the back of a dragon, but I’ll content myself with being an author.

I love gothic tales and write paranormal and fantasy stories with a dark twist. I’m an introvert with dreams way out of my comfort zone, and it’s never a good idea to stand between me and chocolate.

I’m a ‘when one door closes, another one opens’ kind of girl. I rely heavily on my intuition and will step into a new opportunity only when it feels right. Other people may call this being stubborn…

I wrote my first novella at high school, and had a wonderful opportunity to expand my love of writing when I began working at a small local newspaper in Weipa, a mining town in Far North Queensland, Australia. During this time, I wrote a regular column and had a few short stories published. I’ve also had an article published in a tertiary education magazine.

In 2016, three friends and I self-published an anthology of short stories. An eye-opening experience. Sadly, the book is no longer available.

I’ve moved house three times, lost and found (thank goodness), numerous ideas and short stories. I’ve written a vampire series consisting of seven books and short stories I hope to publish one day.

Currently, I’m working on a fantasy series with plans to step into the world of ‘authors with actual books’.
